Pwdin Reis -- Rice Pudding
Put all ingredients into a 1 1/2 quart Pyrex baking dish. Mix well with spoon. Bake in a 325° oven on the middle shelf for 1 hour. Remove from oven and stir well with a spoon. Put back in oven for 1 hour more. Remove, cool, eat and/or refrigerate. NOTE: Do not make substitutions or change this recipe. From the St. David's Society of Georgia cook book.
