Pwdin Reis -- Rice Pudding

5 Tbs. medium grain rice 5 oz. can evaporated milk
6 Tbs. sugar 5 oz. can cold water

Put all ingredients into a 1 1/2 quart Pyrex baking dish.  Mix well with spoon.  Bake in a 325° oven on the middle shelf for 1 hour.  Remove from oven and stir well with a spoon.  Put back in oven for 1 hour more.  Remove, cool, eat and/or refrigerate. 

NOTE: Do not make substitutions or change this recipe.
